Micronisation: as part of a unique process, the components of the lubricant are reduced to such size that they are able to penetrate into all pores and sub-pores of the surface to be lubricated (0.05 microns). This enables them to form a much better homogeneous barrier between moving parts (lubricating film).

Polarisation: during the production process, all components are given a charge. This ensures a unique adhesion to the surfaces to be lubricated. In addition, Interflon has succeeded in charging part of the base oil. This is called a bonding bridge and provides better resistance to high pressures.
